Sunol Regional Wilderness, 5/5/12

8.8 mile loop; Visitor Center, Canyon View Trail, McCorkle Trail, Backpack Camping Area, Backpack Road, Camp Ohlone Road, Visitor Center.  While checking out the campsites, we had to walk through some high grassy vegetation.  Found some ticks on our pants afterwards.  Also, on Camp Ohlone Road, I saw a snake leaving the trail.  Looked like a rattlesnake.
